You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
2. Use of the Platform
7kart provides AI-powered tools for creating advertising creatives and copy. You retain ownership of original materials you upload and may use generated content for personal or business advertising.
- Do not create unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content.
- Do not reverse-engineer the platform or circumvent security, usage, or credit controls.
- Do not resell generated content as a standalone service without authorization.
3. Credits
Credits are virtual units used for generation features. Credit availability and costs may change with reasonable notice. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform, software, templates, and 7kart branding remain the property of 7kart. These Terms do not grant rights beyond those expressly stated.
5. AI Content and Warranties
AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your advertising complies with applicable law and platform policies. The service is provided as is and as available.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7kart is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Termination and Changes
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
