7kart does not currently offer paid plans or paid credit purchases.

1. No Payments at Launch

Current accounts receive complimentary credits. No payment method is collected, so there are no charges to refund.

If a generation fails because of a verified service error, the related complimentary credit may be restored automatically or by support.

Before paid services launch, this policy will be updated with eligibility, request deadlines, and processing details.
